We want you to be fully satisfied with your Plaud.ai AI-powered devices; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for all hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your Plaud device, charging cables, and manuals in the original box to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technician team inspects the device and confirms its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
